Cancellations
Oops, something happened, and you need to cancel your order? No problem! Contact us at info@modishmaze.com with your order number, and we’ll handle it (along with a 100% refund). However, please do this before we ship the order—if the package has already shipped, you can still return it but with the additional cost of return shipping.
Returns
Step 1: Contact info@modishmaze.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the necessary information (such as the return address).
Step 2: Ensure that your items meet our return conditions—no signs of use, unworn, and original tags still attached.
Step 3: Choose a delivery service that provides a tracking code. Send the tracking code to our customer service when you ship the package. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return shipping will cost approximately €25.
Refunds
Okay, your package has arrived! We’ll take a look, and if the items meet our return conditions (see above), we’ll share the good news via email.
After that, it may take up to 14 days to process your return and issue your refund.
Damages or Wrong Items?
The wait is over, you rip off the packaging and can’t wait to wear it—but wait, something’s wrong!
It could be damage, the wrong size, or maybe a different color. The most common reason is simply human error, so we apologize and let’s fix it, shall we?
